Privacy and Legal Issues for Network Operators

Network operators must comply with the reasonable expectations of their users that their activities will remain private and also with an increasing amount of legislation that may both protect and intrude on privacy. Talks in this session will explore how to comply with these requirements both in normal operations and when the network has been used to commit crimes, and will suggest how the legislative requirements may change in future.
