Network Technologies Beyond 2006

This session is devoted to the novel technologies which can be used for the next generation optical networks. In particular it shall cover the 40+ Gbit/s transmission systems, the aspects related to the Optical Burst Switching and related technologies and the discussion of the usage of HNLF (high nonlinearity fibers).

Time: Tuesday, May 16 from 11:00 to 12:30 Archived streams are available per presentation.
Location: C
Chair: Felix Kugler SWITCH (CH)
